<strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>

<li>2 cups flour</li>
<li>1 tablespoon baking powder</li>
<li>1 teaspoon table salt</li>
<li>1 tablespoon sugar</li>
<li>1/3 cup butter or margarine</li>
<li>1 cup whole milk</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Instructions:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Heat the oven to 425 F (220 C).</li>
<li>Whisk together the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Cut in the butter or margarine until crumbly in texture. Slowly add in the milk while stirring, until the dough reaches the right consistency.</li>
<li>On a lightly floured surface, knead the dough for roughly 60 seconds. Shape dough to 1 inch thick roll, and cut biscuits, and place them on a baking sheet.</li>

<p>1/3 cup pina colada mix</p>
<p>2 cups ice</p>
<p>2 ripe bananas</p>
<p>Garnish</p>
<p>whipped cream</p>
<p>2 fresh strawberries</p>
<p>1. Use a blender to puree the entire contents of the thawed</p>
<p>box of frozen strawberries.</p>
<p>2. Add 1/3 cup pina colada mix and 2 cups of ice to the blender.</p>
<p>3. Cut the end off end banana &#8212; set these pieces aside to use</p>
<p>later as a garnish &#8212; then put the bananas into the blender.</p>
<p>4. Blend on high speed until the ice is crushed and the drink</p>

<p>Topping: 1/2 C. flake coconut</p>
<p>1/2 C. chopped nuts</p>
<p>1/2 C. sugar</p>
<p>1 Tsp. cinnamon</p>
<p>Cake: 1 Can Mandarin &#8212; (11 oz.)</p>
<p>oranges (reserve 1/4 c. juice) 1/2 C. vegetable oil</p>
<p>2 Large eggs</p>
<p>1 yellow cake mix (Jiffy) &#8212; (9 oz.)</p>
<p>For Topping: Combine coconut, nuts, sugar and cinnamon in small bowl. Set aside. Combine 1/4 cup of juice from oranges, oil and eggs in 2 cup liquid measure. Blend well. Add to cake mix. Stir until well blended (batter will be slightly lumpy). Spread batter in greased 9 x 2-inch round dish. Arrange drained oranges evenly on top. Cook in microwave, Full power for 4 minutes. Sprinkle topping over batter. Continue to cook on Full power for 2 to 3 minutes more until toothpick comes out clean. Let stand 3 minutes until done.</p>
