Vietnamese dipping fishsauce
The base for the sauce is always fish sauce-nuoc mam and you can add ingredients such as lime juice, chopped chilies, garlic, vinegar, ginger and pickled carrots…
1 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp sugar
1-11/2 tbsp lemon juice
5-6 tbp water
1 red chilli , chopped finely
1-2 cloves garlic, chopped finely
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix well until sugar is dissolve . Served with salad bowl, fresh springrolls, crispy springrolls,… as dipping sauce
