Salmon Dip

Fresh and creamy salmon dip with cream cheese and peppers. Makes 2 cups.
- 8 ounces soft cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup butter (softened)
- 2 tablespoons diced pimento peppers
- 1 tablespoon diced parsley (fresh)
- 1 teaspoon onion (minced or grated)
- 7 ounces canned salmon prepared
- 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
Instructions:
- Mix together the cheese, cream, butter, peppers, parsley and onion; beat ingredients until smooth and creamy. Add in the fish and dried dill weed. Leave to chill before serving.
